• I-RELIEF® Mask can be heated in the microwave and put over closed eyes for the relief of symptoms associated with Blepharitis, Dry Eye Disease, Meibomian Gland Disease (MGD), Styes and Chalazia. It can also be placed in the freezer and put over closed eyes for the relief of headaches, sinus pressure, tension, swelling and puffiness. Insert I-RELIEF® mask inside protective slipcover to avoid direct contact with the skin.

DIRECTIONS: I-RELIEF® mask must be at room temperature before heating. Set microwave power to high and heat for 20 seconds. Before applying, always touch the I-RELIEF® mask with fingers first, to test for desired temperature. If the mask is too hot, allow it to cool for 1-2 minutes and test again. For additional heat, microwave in 5 second increments until desired temperature is reached. Do not exceed a maximum of 30 seconds of heating. Place I-RELIEF® mask over closed eyes for 5 to 10 minutes or as directed by a professional. Don’t exceed 5 to 10 minutes if the mask is used for cold therapy.
