Orders

Is it possible to modify my order once it has been completed?

Usually, orders are final. But contact us by email at info@ocucalm.ca and tell us what changes you want. We can’t guarantee that we will be able to make the changes, but we’ll try to see what we can do to accommodate you.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

Shipping and returns

I made a mistake in my delivery address, but I’ve already validated my order. Is it possible to modify it? If so, how?

Please contact us by email at info@ocucalm.ca with your order number and modified address. Please note that if the order has already left our facilities, our team will not be able to make any changes. If we have to make a second delivery, you will be charged an additional delivery fee.
