Shipping and Delivery Policy
After confirmation, your order is shipped within 1 to 3 working days. A tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment.
We can ship your order by the carrier of your choice. Shipping time is 1 to 3 days depending on the consignee's country or town.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
OCUCALM cannot be held responsible for delays related to distribution services.
It is your responsibility to enter the delivery address correctly. If you make an error when entering the address, contact us quickly. Please note that if the order has already left our facilities, our team will not be able to make any changes. If you wish a second delivery, additional traveling costs will be charged to you.
If your order is returned to our offices, the order can be refunded but the initial shipping costs will not be.
Did you place several orders within the same day ?
Send us a message at info@ocucalm.ca to combine your orders and get reimbursed for duplicate shipping costs.
It may happen that one of your orders is already in preparation and it will unfortunately no longer be possible to combine them.
Your orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday, and may take a little longer in exceptional periods.
Shipping is free for Canadian orders exceeding 95.00$ (CAD) before sales taxes for mailing addresses located in the province of Quebec except for some remote areas.
Shipping costs are $10 for all orders under $95 across Canada. *Except some remote areas.
OCUCALM reserves the right to request payment of the delivery costs or to cancel the order if necessary.
Return policy
Any item on sale or sample constitutes a final sale and can under no circumstances be returned or exchanged.
Items must be returned sealed, in their original packaging.
Items must be returned within 14 days.
Returned items must show no signs of wear.
Only transport costs will not be reimbursed.
Return costs are your responsibility.
