How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders of $125 or more (before taxes) anywhere in Canada, except some remote areas. Orders under $125 have a flat $10 shipping fee.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared Monday to Friday and usually ship within 24 hours, at the latest within 1 to 3 business days. Allow 3 to 5 days in transit, a little longer for remote areas or busy periods.
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 14 days, as long as the product is sealed, in its original packaging and shows no sign of use. Sale items are final and can’t be returned or exchanged.

Ocucalm was founded and is run by two optometrists, Lucie Laurin and François Piuze. Every product is selected and recommended by eye care professionals to relieve dry eye discomfort and care for the eye area.
What is an Ocucalm kit?
Our kits bring together the complementary products recommended for a specific situation: mild, moderate or severe dryness, blepharitis, or styes and chalazia. Each kit costs less than buying the products separately and comes with a step-by-step routine.
How do I know if I have dry eyes?
Burning or stinging eyes, sensitivity to wind or light, frequent blinking, watery eyes, eye fatigue, blurry vision or red eyes are common signs of dry eye.
