Wash hands before using. Remove the protective cap. Tilt your head back and gently pull the lower eyelid downwards to form a pocket. With the other hand, hold the tube in an upright position, toward the pocket. Press the tube gently to release a small amount of the ointment into the eye. If used in low temperatures, warm the tube in your hands for a few minutes before use. Use once daily before bedtime. Close your eyes and blink normally. Do not touch the tip of the tube with your eyes or hands.
